I then clicked on a sub-OU for faculty/staff and followed the same steps to add the additional printers they may use. I added seven printers that will be available to everyone. I click on Device Settings, scroll down to Cloud Print and click on Manage.

I select the root organization OU on the left for those printers I want shared amongst all users.

Within the Google Apps Admin Console, I go into Device management > Chrome > Advanced settings. I click the Share button, it shows that the Google Apps Administrator is the owner AND is open to anyone with the URL. If I click on any printer, it indicates it is owned by the Google Apps Administrator. All the printers that we want to share are listed. The Chrome browser is running, the GAFE admin is logged in, with two tabs open to email and Google Cloud Print. The Google Cloud Print Service is installed, registered, printers added, and the service is running (verified via Control Panel > Admin Tools > Services). I sent a test-document to each printer to verify that printing worked. Since most of our printers are older units, I've added each one within Start menu > Printer and Faxes. I have a Hypervisor VM running WinXP on the internal network. I've also been able to configure the Chromebooks device and user settings with Admin console > Device management > Chrome that work fine with one exception: Google Cloud Print. Using the Google Apps Admin Console, I've been able to configure users, apps, etc. We bought several Chromebooks so users could see if they meet their needs. I work at a private high school and we're using Google Apps for Education (GAFE).
